General Help.

This is the general help for both students and administrators, for role specific help, logon to Crimcast, and click on the top left corner "HELP" button.

Students: If you are having trouble logging into Crimcast, please contact any administrator.

Administrator: If you are having trouble logging into Crimcast, please contact the top level Administrator.

 

If you need to report a problem to Crimcast team, please follow these steps:

  1. Write down exactly what you kind of error your received AND exactly what you were doing when the error occurred.

  2. Check to make sure that your are using all of the correct computer and software requirements.

  3. Try to close the program and re-enter with your password and username again.

  4. Check with your computer administrator to make sure that you are not using any firewall or security software that would prevent you from downloading or uploading content inside the Crimcast software.

  5. If you continue to experience problems, please use our Problem Submittal form and one of our Technical Support personnel will review your situation personally and respond to your inquiry.
