In addition to the CRIMCAST software, we also offer several services designed to make your online learning programs more effective.

Training
We will provide CRIMCAST user training at either your headquarters or at our offices in Massachusetts. The training takes one(1) full day for three(3)-five(5) people and teaches them how to create, track and manage courseware online. We can also provide installation training and technical assistance for those customers hosting the Crimcast software on their own servers.

User Helpline Service
We understand that taking courses online may be a new experience for many of you as well as your employees, students and/or customers. Although we provide instructions throughout the site as well as user guide (included as a Zipped Word Doc) and a FAQ section for user help, you may still want to provide user phone assistance. We can help manage a call center for your classes and guide users through the process of registering and using each of your courses.

Hosting Services

Although we tried to think of everything when we built Crimcast, there may be features that you would like us to custom build for your specific needs. Our team of programmers and engineers can develop custom applications that work seamlessly with your Crimcast software.
